Design thinking is an innovative, people-oriented methodology which is now one of the main methods used around the globe to develop new ideas. Through a given challenge, we can pinpoint needs, empathise with ''customers'' and solve the problem from a totally different dimension. This webinar will examine the 5 steps in this methodology by means of practical third-sector examples. The webinar is an ''introduction'' intended to inspire and offer useful advice to future users because the best way to learn about a hands-on tool is to apply it to a real-life case.
