Don’t miss this ESADE Alumni interactive webinar ''How to improve NGO funding; social innovation for NGOs. Applying agile methodologies'' by Santiago Puyol, expert in Training, Communication, Human Resources Development and Customer Service Management methodology and techniques, and organisational development.

The depletion of traditional sources of finance, the impact of the crisis on donors and partners, and the dwindling effectiveness of traditional fundraising systems, all call for new resources. Lean start-up enterprise methods may be the answer.

How do entrepreneurs manage to compete successfully with traditional companies that have more resources and experience? What are agile methodologies?

If value is the key, is it possible to delimit and dimension value in your foundation?  Sources of value.
How can agile methodologies be applied to your foundation to reposition your value proposition and raise funds?

Some considerations if you are thinking about setting up social business ventures.

We will be looking at how enterprise methods can be applied to foundations and non-profit entities to raise funds. We will search for formulae to pinpoint your real sources of value and apply them to specific actions, transforming or conveying them to ensure they generate appreciation/purchases/returns.
