This service is managed by the Hazlo Posible Foundation through its portal Soluciones.org, and with which ESADE alumni have reached a cooperation agreement in order to bring this useful volunteer system closer to all its ALUMNI
Each volunteer registers and identifies those fields he/she can make a contribution to. The areas we work in are extremely varied: marketing, communications, fund raising, accountancy, communications , strategy, taxes, project management, human resources management, technology, and so on.
Over XXX non-profit making organisations are registered in the portal. These organisations pose their doubts, problems and assumptions to us.
Soluciones.org selects for you those queries that match your field of knowledge, and sends them to you by email for your information. If you think you can solve or contribute to the matter raised, then you can answer online, with no obligation on your part.

Me llamo María, soy la presidenta de una asociación denominada "Asociación Aragonesa para la Investigación y Promoción de un Desarrollo Sostenible".
Tengo una duda sobre contratación de personal para la asociación: Nunca hemos contratado a nadie, pero ahora estamos editando un libro sobre desarrollo sostenible en Aragón y el coordinador del libro nos pide que le hagamos un contrato para tres meses (de septiembre a noviembre). No le vamos a pedir que se haga autónomo, así que será un contrato laboral, pero no se qué tengo que hacer ni qué tipo de contrato. Creo que un "Contrato temporal por obra y servicio determinado" pero no se qué pasos tengo que seguir.
