Volunteers provide consulting services to non-profit organisations through teams comprising of ESADE faculty and alumni with or without experience in this kind of work. The commitment required depends on a member's position in the team. Generally speaking, there are six to eight members in a team and they dedicate around eight hours a month during the six months that each project lasts.
