Inma studied philosophy at UB and psychology at UOC, and devoted more than 20 years to developing her intuition and spontaneous creativity as a senior manager in the business world, in the marketing and communication industry. Her motto is, “Set an example by what you say and do”.
In 2007 she founded Musarión and since then she has devoted herself to providing inspiration for leaders, having given more than 5,400 hours’ coaching to leaders. She is a storyteller for organisational wellbeing and culture change management, and head of highly successful programmes in the realms of coaching, high performance cohesive leadership teams, and storytelling management.
She is currently launching her latest project, BrandTalent for Employee Branding and LinkinTalent, and aims to be a leader in digital identity and networking in professional networks for CEOs and their direct collaborators in big companies.
