eLibera is a service devised by twoin to help companies with a power supply of over 10 kW to switch to the liberalised market in the best conditions and with guaranteed savings. If we don't save you money, you don't pay a thing.
We will look at: - Your company's electricity bills for last year; - The quality of your company's electrical installation; - Your company's current consumption habits; - The various offers from the liberalised electricity market.
We will present: - The best electricity rate for your hours of consumption; - A status report on your company's electrical installation along with suggested corrective measures; - A proposal for reducing or rationalising your company's power supply; - The most appropriate offer from the distribution company.
We will deal with: - Claims for billing errors over the past year; - Changing the rate and power supply according to your company's consumption patterns and habits; - The contract with the new distribution company from the liberalised electricity market.
The service provided by eLibera is for one month and has a fixed cost of ¤3,000. 30% of this amount is due at the start of the project and the remaining 70% should be paid when the report is delivered. ESADE Alumni members qualify for a 10% discount in addition to priority and personalised customer attention.
In the event of there being no reduction on average expenditure, twoin guarantees to refund the amount paid.

eDiagnòstic can compare your company's consumption with that of similar companies and propose a series of measures to achieve your potential energy and economic savings and suggest better practices for energy use at your company.
eDiagnostic is based on a questionnaire that is customised for each company. The tool’s recommendations are backed by the experience of Twoin, a company specialised in energy audits and certifications that was created by the Catalan Energy Institute and La Salle University.
eDiagnostic is a first step in the right direction. Based on the conclusions of the study, you can decide whether to undertake an energy audit, which would teach you more about the proposed measures, about how to implement them, and about the return on your investment. You could go even further by undertaking a continuous-improvement process and implementing an energy-savings system in accordance with the AENOR standard UNE 216301:2007.
