6 go-to habits for leadership excellence

Presentation used by Daniel Poch (only for members)

Our expectations of leaders are increasingly high. Do you measure up? Do you focus on developing essential habits? Would you like to know what habits and routines distinguish remarkable leaders from average leaders?

ESADE Alumni Careers invites you to their forthcoming flash session in which participants will discover that to become more effective leaders they must constantly practice and improve their technique (exterior play) and develop their mindset (interior play). During this session, participants will work on the six essential habits which, if staunchly practised over time, will enable them to develop their mindset considerably and adapt it to the complex and volatile environment they face in today’s business world.

Content of the session
1.    The leadership promise: expectations of a leader in a VUCA environment.
2.    Six go-to habits. Your must-do leadership bootcamp.
