The ESADE Alumni Digital Business & ICT Club invites you to the session, ''Black Mirror debate: Social Media and Online Reputation'' (based on episode 1, season 3 of this acclaimed TV series about how technology affects our lives) to discuss the impact of social media and online reputation on business.

Online reputation is a reflection of the prestige or appreciation of a person or brand on the Internet. In many industries such as hotel and catering, professional networks and shared consumption, ratings are now a cornerstone. But recently the use of social media and these systems and how they are already affecting business (both positively and negatively) began to be debated.

An overview of the episode will be followed by a round-table discussion where guests can weigh up from different viewpoints how online reputation is evolving and how far it can go.
