The Innovation Club and ESADE Alumni Careers are pleased to invite you to this colloquium entitled “Careers in the Innovation and Digitalisation Fields.
Digitalisation is transforming the business landscape and redefining the business concept as well as production, consumption and distribution limits. Meanwhile, innovation sets the business pace. As a result, companies need more digital experts than those currently available, and finding and being able to count on the best talent is crucial, as always. These trends also represent enormous business opportunities and the chance to develop new professional profiles. However, the new ways of working implied also represent significant challenges for both companies and their employees.
During this session, Isla Ramos (AMP04) Vice President of the ESADE Alumni Innovation Club, former executive at Lenovo and a senior professional with experience in areas such as transformation, international management and technology– and Santiago Rodriguez Llorente (EMBA04) –entrepreneur, executive with ample experience in the innovation and transformation fields and current Global Growth Director at Altran– will talk with participants about how today’s transformation is affecting the job market, as well as the challenges, opportunities, new organisational models and new ways of working it represents.
