The ESADE Alumni Hamburg Chapter is holding a talk by Pau Virgili on Tuesday November 20th, ''Customer digital engagement: The new marketing advantage''.

The digital revolution has completely changed the role of customers. They are no longer passive observers but the main actor in building brands. They can access all information, choose the content of brand conversations and scale their conversations. We will explore how to engage with consumers and how to leverage consumer power to co-create marketing strategies with them.

We are pleased to announce that Iñaki Ocaña (Lic&MBA 06 / DARH 12), international alumni relations director, and Carlos Casamajó, ESADE Alumni international coordinator will be flying in from Barcelona to join us for this special occasion.


 

Pau Virgili

Pau Virgili, an expert in new technologies, management and marketing, has considerable management experience in international companies and also as an entrepreneur and consultant. Pau has created technology companies in the areas of m-business and on-line marketing and has carried out consultancy projects in consumer relation management for companies including HP, Nike and Coca Cola. Previously, he was the General Manager of Marketing Europe at HP FMCG and Marketing Manager Europe at Plantronics.

Pau Virgili has an MBA (University of Chicago) and is co-author of the book La reconciliación con el consumidor. Pau has lived and worked in Spain, USA, Germany, France, UK, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, and he loves travelling.
