ESADE Alumni invites you to this refresher programme talk entitled ''The design of services in a new business landscape'', by Núria Solsona, academic assistant in the ESADE Executive Education and MSc programmes.
New technologies are a great opportunity to solve major human needs in a simple way. As a result, a new landscape of business ecologies is emerging that is no longer defined by traditional business segments. Today, new services are built on multiple platforms, integrated with cross-industry service suppliers and delivered as a seamless customer experience. Núria will analyse this new paradigm in the context of service innovation and discuss a mindful, purposeful approach to services design.
Núria Solsona
Núria Solsona Caba is a professor and consultant in service innovation and service design. Núria teaches service innovation as a regular academic assistant at ESADE and service design as an associate professor at Aalto University in Finland. As a consultant Nuria works with leading international organisations in defining new services and strategies to create better outcomes for people. Clients include BBC, Kone, London Underground, Nordea and the government of Thailand.
