The ESADE Alumni People and Organization Club in conjunction with the ESADE Chair of Leadership and Democratic Governance are pleased to invite you to this talk entitled “The evolution of pilgrim leadership.
During the session, Oriol Segarra (Lic&Master 94), CEO of the Uriach Group, will present his leadership model from both a conceptual and applied approach, and then discuss the following areas with several experts:
1) The leadership model, with Ángel Castiñeira (ADE 95), Director, Chair in Leaderships and Democratic Governance of ESADE
2) The Uriach people and project case study, with Belén Badia (DDP 07), director of people and communication in the Uriach Group
3) Lessons learned, with:
Joaquín Uriach (MBA 94), president of the Uriach group and president of the ESADE Foundation board of trustees
Luis Cantarell, former executive vice president of Nestlé (Switzerland), chairman of Froneri Ldt and Uriach board member
Ramon Lacruz (EDIK 83), consultant and coach
Oriol Segarra
Oriol Segarra Montaner (Barcelona, 1971) is an expert in leadership by vocation and in his career. He has held different management positions in the pharma and FMCG sectors, and in the fields of finance and corporate services, operations and general management. Current CEO of the Uriach Group. He collaborates with different universities and business schools, including ESADE and IQS. His training includes a BBA and MBA at ESADE, postgraduate course in financial management at IDEC (UPF), PDG at IESE, SBSCA at Harvard Business School and LCOR at Stanford University. Recently, he has published the book "The evolution of pilgrim leadership. Lead with extraordinary results through disciplined inspiration" (Libros de Cabecera, 2018).
