The ESADE Alumni Italy Chapter would like to invite you to: ''Going Digital. A talk with the Publishers'' on Monday, October 24th at 7.30 pm in Milan.

Internet has meant a huge change in many industries and the communication sector is no exception. The means of communication have changed enormously, completely transforming the world of news.

Newspapers and magazines face new challenges and new consumers are finding new ways to stay abreast of the news.

Publishers and news outlets have long been experimenting with strategies to survive the digital revolution. The ability to monetize news has become a source of uncertainty and hurdles. The fallout affect the entire industry: jobs for journalists, audiences for outlets and even the quality and ethics of journalism in general.

Matteo Gelati and Marco Quattrone will examine the development of digital international news from the inside.

Matteo Gelati is the head of the Marketing and Digital Division at Gruppo Editoriale L’Espresso and a mentor at Impact Accelerator.

Marco Quattrone is the Marketing Manager of Vertical Channels at Corriere della Sera (Gruppo RCS).

Your chapter president, Andrea Roberto Bifulco (MMM 12), and board members, Helena Muñoz (Lic&MBA 10) and Andrea Boniardi (EMMS 15), will be there to welcome you and host this event. Event organized in collaboration with Startup Grind Milano and CEMS Alumni Association Italy
