The ESADE Alumni Career Services invites you to this flash session, entitled entitled ''How to be at your best in a job interview'' by Eva Marco (Lic&MBA 95), Academic Assistant of the Department of People Management and Organisation at ESADE.
In this session we will debate and give answers to the following topics:
1) Key elements in the selection process: key players and steps.
2) How to align your speech with key players’ objectives.
3) How to prepare for an interview
4) Typical questions in an interview and how to answer them.

Eva Marco
Human resources consultant, executive coach and associate professor at ESADE. She has her own consulting firm which carries out projects to develop HR capacity through effective and efficient team management. She also provides executive and team coaching. She has a combined degree and MBA in Management (ESADE Business School), a master in Organizational Development and Process Consulting, and also completed the Co-Active Certification Program (CTI). She finished the External Coaching Intensive (Teacher’s College, Columbia University, CTI). With 20 years of experience in human resources, she has led and developed projects for multinational and local companies in different sectors such as public administration, technology, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and many others.
