The ESADE Alumni New York Chapter is holding ''Taking networking to the next level – I connect'' a talk by the communications entrepreneur Josef Mantl on Thursday November 2nd at 6.30pm.
This presentation will sharpen your networking skills. Josef Mantl will introduce you to a set of tools you need for your next networking event in an entertaining and fast-paced presentation. Fasten your seat belt and be ready to put them into practice right afterwards at our ESADE Alumni networking get-together.
The chapter will give everyone who registers a free drink.
Josef Mantl
Josef Mantl is a communications entrepreneur with a focus on networking, events and digital media, and author of the book “I connect – how to network successfully.
Born in Graz, Austria, he studied law in Vienna and was a Fulbright scholar at the Emerson College of Communications in Boston.
During his stay in the United States Josef established contacts with the Democratic Party and worked twice on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns. He started cooperating with US State Senator Marc R. Pacheco, Senate President Pro Tempore of the Massachusetts State Senate and Chairman of the Massachusetts Senate Committee on Global Warming and Climate Change, the global initiative “Sustainable Future Campaign, which culminated later in Josef’s personal training as “Climate Leader under Al Gore and events with congressman Joseph Kennedy III and others.
Founder and CEO of the full-service communications agency JMC. Since 2012 this company has hosted the international conference “Mobile Marketing Innovation Day, since 2017, the trend and innovation conferences “Moving Forward – Shaping the Future in Vienna and New York City.
Josef is a board member of the Mobile Marketing Association, a supporting member of Austrian Start-ups, a lecturer at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences for Management and Communication, and deputy head of the institute “go governance – upgrading our democratic culture.
He is also a “European Young Leader of the German Atlantic Forum and holds the “Federal Medal of Honour of the Republic of Austria
