This webinar will define mentoring, its benefits and the main aspects of the mentoring process and the mentor’s role.

This webinar is brought to you by César Fernández (MBA PT 89), a graduate in psychology with a master in business research who is currently pursuing a PhD in business (UB). Executive coach and associate director at Talengo. He has designed and implemented many mentoring programmes in large Spanish companies and multinationals.
