Legal-Employment Guidance

As an ESADE Alumni member, you have a consultancy service at your disposal on legal and employment matters. The service provides help for and answers to problems that may arise in your job. You can receive telephone advice on points such as:

• getting information on how to act if sacked.
• information on maternity and weaning leave, shorter working hours, etc.
• mobbing
• major changes to one's terms of employment
• overseas postings
• senior management and board contracts
