Real estate business in Tarragona province

Spanish

May 16 OF 2019 from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM

The ESADE Alumni Tarragona Club is pleased to invite you to their forthcoming talk ''The real estate business in Tarragona province'' on Thursday 16 May at 19:00.

The innermost suburbs of the Barcelona metropolitan area account for more than half of the Catalan real estate business, leading to confusion between the situation in this area and in the rest of Catalonia.
This creates considerable regulatory distortions, dubious real estate investments and news items that have a direct impact on the real estate sector in Tarragona when taken out of context.
This complex, diverse and fluctuating area has a wide range of socioeconomic and demographic circumstances that must be taken into account before making any investment.

This is apparently a time of change, which is why it is important to have a far-reaching vision of the actual real estate business in this province, and particularly the Camp de Tarragona area, in all respects: residential, tourist, commercial use, offices, industrial, logistics.
It is also necessary to analyze the changes arising from the recent crisis, the ensuring consequences and how real estate companies, the public authorities, banks, manufacturers, investors and end users have adapted.

Finally, we will try to determine what developments can be expected in the coming years, the challenges posed and the trends in this area and the metropolitan area.
