For years now, companies have been using artificial intelligence (AI) internally to automate simple decisions in their processes. On the consumer side, AI has also evolved to understand and follow commands such as “turn on the lights” or “stop the music”.

Today, however, as the world evolves towards remote work and social distancing, companies can use AI in many different ways to improve productivity, share knowledge among employees and connect in more immersive ways with their customers.
