The Regional Clubs end the academic year having boosted the alumni community’s connection and knowledge

The Annual Meetings of the Esade Alumni Regional Clubs have once again become one of the peak dates on the alumni community’s calendar
Lleida

In addition to concluding the academic year’s activities, every year these meetings gain ground as spaces of inspiration, learning, and professional interactions, bringing the value of the alumni network to different regions. In this edition, the clubs of Lleida, Andalusia, the Valencian Community, Girona and Aragon attracted almost 335 participants, reflecting the strength and commitment of an increasingly active, connected community.

The value of the alumni network

Our tour begins in Lleida, where the meeting focused on some of the most important attributes needed to face today’s challenges: leadership, motivation, and resilience. Carlos Latre shared experiences and lessons learned from his professional career and personal life with the participants and encouraged them to reflect on how to manage both success and failure, adapt to changes, and keep an innovative attitude in environments in constant transformation. This session combined inspiration and approachability and prompted a highly stimulating dialog among the participants.

The conversation on leadership continued in Andalusia, where the alumni community met to analyze the challenges facing organizations and their teams today. The meeting provided a shared space of reflection on the economic and business context and allowed executives and professionals from different sectors to exchange experiences and viewpoints. It was an opportunity to continue learning from collective experience and strengthen the bonds among the network members in the region.

Andalucía

From Andalusia, we now move to the Valencian Community, where the meeting revolved around the major trends that are transforming the business environment. This time, the journalist, writer, and adventurer Sebastián Álvaro shared an inspiring vision of leadership, personal improvement, and teamwork based on his experiences leading major expeditions. His talk encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of preparation, trust, and the ability to adapt when dealing with complex scenarios. The meeting ended with a networking space that encouraged the exchange of ideas and new professional connections.

Technological innovation was spotlighted in Girona. The club’s annual meeting focused on the impact of artificial intelligence and how this technology is redefining business models and the management of organizations. Through the analysis of opportunities and challenges, the participants were enable to explore one of the most important transformations in today’s business environment by sharing perspectives on its practical application and the role it will play in the future of businesses.

Girona

Finally the Aragon club is closing this tour with a meeting focused on investment and entrepreneurship. A roundtable addressed the main trends and opportunities in these fields and fostered the exchange of experiences among professionals connected to the business ecosystem. Just as in the other meetings, the session concluded with a social networking space that reinforced the community spirit and highlighted the importance of making local connections.

As a whole, these five meetings reflect the essence of the Esade Alumni Regional Clubs: creating spaces where knowledge, inspiration, and professional relations meet to continue to strengthen a diverse, close, committed network. Through such varied topics as leadership, technological transformation, investment, and business management, the clubs continue to provide alumni in each region with opportunities for growth and connection, reinforcing their sense of belonging to a community that keeps growing and having an impact beyond the classroom.
