According to Google, interest in digital transformation has increased by 2000% in the last four years. If you are reading this, you are probably one of the people interested in it. This is not a new concept – since being applied on a massive scale in companies way back in the 1970s, the aim of information systems has been to transform business processes. The exponential impact of said transformation is now so great that every single company takes it into account. But whilst focussing on the impact, technology, processes, products and customers, one very important aspect is often overlooked: the impact on leadership.

Lluís is an expert in change and has been a professor in ESADE’s department of operations, innovation and data science since 1999. He has written the books Éxito se escribe con A and Morder el hielo. After working for the Deutsche Bank Group and its IT subsidiaries in seven countries for 15 years, he became a consultant and coach in high performance attitudes, an international speaker and regular contributor in different media. Lluís has had the opportunity to use change as a springboard to help some 5,000 people in more than 150 companies across Europe, Asia and America become high performance professionals and individuals.
