We all know that self-awareness is a cornerstone of personal and professional leadership; that emotional intelligence can be improved and developed; and finally, that not only is today’s world more demanding but also that the management of emotions is crucial in order to be a leader and be influential and make a difference.
This experiential workshop will apply lessons from the world of art to take participants on a journey of experiences and emotions and teach them how to handle them.
Many tools and tests can be used to reveal what you are like but the greatest enrichment is achieved by a deep-seated awareness from within.
ESADE Alumni Careers invites you to this session, your chance to remember how to listen to each other and listen better, and gain a greater awareness and understanding of what is happening to you.
This workshop will be run by Maitena Servajean, head of talent development at Lee Hecht Harrison Spain. Maitena qualified as a senior master coach at Aecop.EMCC, also belongs to the international platform Speakers Academy, and is a regular contributor to the specialized and business press.
