'Back to basics: Sangría Lolea' by Bruno Balbás


The ESADE Alumni Western Andalusia Club is pleased to invite you to ''Signature sangria'', a talk by Bruno Balbás (DGT 03 / EMBA 16), founding partner and sales director of Sangría Lolea.

After 14 years as the catering manager of two of the leading ski resorts in southern Europe – Grandvalira in Andorra and Aramon in Aragón – and consultant to several service and leisure companies, Balbás decided to stop creating spaces and experiences and to embark on the greatest adventure of his life in pursuit of innovative, quality services.

In 2012, four friends decided to combine their passion for things done well, creativity, innovation and design, and above all the dream they shared: the transformation of sangria, a typical Spanish product, into a high point of ''packaged'' gastronomy. Just three years after the first bottle of Lolea was sold, their products are now to be found in the world’s finest gourmet stores in more than 40 countries.

After the session we will offer a networking cocktail where participants can taste Sangría Lolea products.
