The ESADE Alumni Brussels Chapter is pleased to invite you to the conference Big data for social good by Rositsa Zaimova (MSc Int. Manag 2013), Co-Founder of Dalberg Data Insights (DDI), the big data and tech entity of Dalberg Group, on May 15th at 19:00.

The Dalberg Data Insights (DDI) has been active in using big data sources (eg. telecom, sensors, satellite data) in emerging countries to address the topics of food security, access to finance, urban planning and global health. Rositsa will share a few applications of using Big Data for better governance and decision-making, examples include the company's work in Brazil and West Africa on predicting the spread of infectious diseases and on monitoring food security in Uganda using telecom and satellite data.
