Just a few weeks before the United Kingdom leaves the European Union, all options are still open, including leaving with no deal, the possibility of an extension and even a second referendum to bring Brexit to a halt. Professors Ortega and Areilza will examine the negotiations under way, the applicable regulations, the European and British interests at stake and the advantages of each possible solution.
