Build your Aspirational Identity with Lego Serious Play

Workshop | Spanish

May 23 OF 2017 from 05:30 PM to 09:30 PM

The ESADE Alumni Career Services cordially invites you to this workshop, which will help you achieve the following aims:

- Discover the core professional role you identify with.
- Identify the main challenges presented by your current environment
- Reflect on your professional aspirations in order to focus and concentrate on the action you need to take.

We will undertake this workshop using the ''Lego Serious Play'' methodology, which we consider provides a series of benefits and learning value. It is based on the following principles:

Adaptation: The ever greater complexity of our professional environment requires us to develop the skill of adaptation. Leaders do not have all the answers; their success requires everyone’s contribution.

Provide value: People’s intention to contribute, add to and feel themselves a part of something bigger. By contributing, we build a more sustainable project.

Maximum contribution: The contribution of 100% of our potential when faced with solving complex problems; sharing a vision and contributing to making it happen.

Play: Through games we learn how we are connected to both an emotional and experimental realm.

Hands On: We assimilate a greater amount of information and knowledge and develop a greater bond to it when we work with our hands as they are connected with 70-80% of our brain cells. The brain has limits, the hands help with its processes. We learn in more detail and the knowledge learnt is better understood and remembered.

The session is delivered by Begoña Vázquez, an executive coach, facilitator for high performance teams and accredited Lego Serious Play consultant. The workshop is targeted at professionals who wish to learn more about themselves and discover new strategies to manage professional challenges.

Schedule: from 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm
