The ESADE Alumni Belux Chapter would like to invite you to ''Challenges in managing people in Tomorrowland'', a talk by Simon L. Dolan, professor in ESADE’s Department of People Management and Organization, on Monday 10th at 7.30 pm at The Hotel Brussels.

In recent years, the ESADE Future of Work chair has been working on research about the new competences of leaders and managers for the future. The EU Employment and Innovation commission has been using some of our data to plan employment and innovation in Europe.

This presentation will cover the new landscape of future management including the new profile of the workforce and the new paradigms to be used.

The talk is based partly on two recent futuristic books by the author (with Mario Raich) entitled "Beyond: Business and Society in transformation" (Palgrave MacMillan, 2008) and "Cyberness: The future reinvented" (Amazon, 2014). Prof. Simon L. Dolan

More than 30 years’ experience as a consultant in HR management (in the last few years in culture re-engineering, stress and coaching). Currently, based on some of his best selling books, he gives talks and conferences around the globe about culture re-engineering, change management and managing and coaching by values. He has published over 55 books, and his best-sellers have been published in 8 languages. He speaks 6 languages and can deliver senior management seminars and conferences in English, French, Spanish and other languages. Please be sure to register and do not hesitate to bring along any fellow ESADE Alumni you might know in Brussels, and also partners or business contacts.

We hope to see you there!
