Change management and the professionalization of companies and directors. What are the best firms doing?

Spanish

The ESADE Alumni Galicia Club is pleased to invite you to ''Change management and the professionalization of companies and directors. What are the best firms doing?'', a talk by Andrés Raya (MBA 89), academic assistant in ESADE’s People and Organisation Management Department, Associate Professor at URL and director of the PARTNERSHIP Program and Corporate’s MBA of Executive Education – Custom Programs.

The professional management of companies and the professionalization of the executives in any type of organisation have never been as important as in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.

Change management, the adaptation of management considerations to suit the corporate environment, and particularly those related to people management, is a matter of long-term survival.

Taking a look at what the best firms are doing can help pinpoint the roads to be explored and possibly the roads to be followed in all these areas.
