ESADE Alumni Careers is holding ''Coaching for everyday leaders'', a flash session by Pablo Tovar (PDD 01), founder and partner of AddVenture, a consultancy specialised in executive coaching for senior management.

In this session, Pablo will give a ground-breaking, practical presentation of his latest book, Coaching para líderes cotidianos (Coaching for everyday leaders), a compilation of his 25 years’ experience as a human resources manager and senior executive coach, bursting with recommendations about ways in which anyone can transform and improve their leadership techniques and their impact on others.

Participants will receive:
-    Practical guidelines on how to immediately improve your influence as a leader
-    10 short videos for dynamic sessions about team creation and motivation
