Got any questions about how to define your professional goals? Want to share your good practices? What are your most common mistakes when tying to mature this objective? Which difficulties do you find quen trying to put it into practice?
The ESADE Alumni Career Services invites you to take part in this series of Coffee Drop-In meetings that we are offering to our alumni members, and in which we will address through group discussion the difficulties that we can come up against when we are confronting the search for a job.
These meetings consist of a space for discussion to exchange experiences of good practice, to share strategies and to reflect on the focus that we give to our job search. In addition, we will get to know different focuses we can apply, and how to perfect the way in which we confront these processes to achieve greater success.
In each session a different theme will be addressed on this subject. The protagonists are the attendees. ESADE Alumni’s Professional Career Services team and an expert on the subject will provide the group with support to develop its conclusions. In this session we will talk about the definition of your professional goals as the third step to achieve a successful management of the professional career. The first one is self-knowledge, the second one is the labour market insight.
