We promote networking among alumni to strengthen business connections, promote new ideas and advance your career.
While technology and working remotely itself has advanced dramatically in recent years, our readiness to work effectively in virtual environments has not.
The ability to communicate in a virtual environment, the ability to proactively manage interactions, establish connections with colleagues and demonstrate a spirit of cooperation has been demonstrated to increase team confidence and overall performance.
Only 30% of companies train their employees in virtual work skills, and when they do, the training focuses on software skills and company policies, leaving fundamental aspects such as the need to develop new communication, social and interpersonal skills aside.
