November 24 OF 2016 from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM

The ESADE Alumni Aragon Club is pleased to invite you to ''Conscious leadership. How leadership based on inner wisdom can transform your work and your company'', a talk by Sonia Úbeda (PMM 11), founder and director of Embrace&Lead, whose mission is to help create organisational cultures based on wellbeing and mindful leadership.

What would everyday life be like if you had inner peace at work? What would everyday life be like if you had more space for creativity and calm strategic thinking? What would your everyday life be like if you focussed on feeling good at work and having an inspiring vision of the best version of yourself?

All this is possible both individually as professionals and in organisations as company managers.

We obviously live in a chaotic world. Society, markets and technology evolve constantly and unexpectedly. We need to find a new way of living, a new way of working if we want to adapt to change in a sustainable and healthy manner. We need to redefine what success means for each of us.

This talk will discuss how to train the best asset at your disposal: your mind. It is the only source for creating your own wellbeing and increasing your productivity, creativity, resilience and inspiration at work and in your business.

It is not necessary to neglect your health or peace of mind in order to achieve your goals. This is the road to redefining your personal and career success and that of our own organisations.

Let's do it, now is the time.
