ESADE Alumni presents another interesting talk in its Law Refresher Programme: ''Copyright reform in the digital single market'', by Antonio Delgado (Lic&MD 00 / DTI 02), assistant professor in the Mercantile Section of ESADE’s Law Department.

The ways in which content and information are produced, distributed and consumed have changed radically in recent years. The consumption of digital music has already overtaken physical formats, internet content is increasingly preferred to TV content, and OTT operators have grown in comparison with traditional operators. In this new scenario, how is the European Union responding to change?

Antonio Delgado will examine the new proposals put forward by the European Commission and recent judgements passed by the EU Court of Justice about links.
