Corporate governance. The Cobega experience

Spanish

May 15 OF 2019 from 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Good corporate governance practices are essential in order to protect the interests of shareholders, foster the sustainability, growth and transparent management of family firms, and create appropriate channels of communication between the family and the firm.

During this session, we will discuss our experience of the best corporate governance practices – some of which currently steer the management of quoted companies – which, when tailored to family firms, can have an extremely positive impact on shareholder interests. Against this backdrop we will examine the experience of Cobega and answer questions such as: Why does good corporate governance matter in family firms? How can best practices be tailored to family firms?  We will also consider international recommendations and the best practices adopted by companies.

The ESADE Alumni Family Business Club is pleased to invite you to 'Corporate governance. The Cobega experience'.
