In today’s world of constant evolution characterised by new business models and new technologies, the entrepreneurial ecosystem and big companies are opting to work together for mutual benefit. Corporate venturing is emerging as a new hybrid model that combines the agility and innovative capacity of start-ups with the scale and track record of consolidated companies. This is a flexible model that each company can adapt to cater for the dynamics of its own industry and its own transformation.
