We promote networking among alumni to strengthen business connections, promote new ideas and advance your career.
The ESADE Alumni Career Services brings you another great flash session, your chance to discover how meditation can give your work perspective and meaning. Meditation is increasingly acknowledged as a tool for developing leadership skills because it can help put things in perspective, combat stress, and enable better judgment when dealing with complex situations and relationships.
The speaker will be Father Laurence Freeman, who combines his experience as a banking executive, UN representative and journalist with being a Benedictine monk. He has written several books and has been teaching the Meditation and Leadership MBA at Georgetown University since 2013. He is currently the Director of the World Community for Christian Meditation.
This session is part of the Wellness series organised this year by the ESADE Alumni Career Service.
