Celestino García, corporate vice-president of Samsung Spain, will be the keynote speaker at the forthcoming Desayunos ESADE talk: ''Smartphones: the new factory of the industry 4.0''.
This talk will take a look at global corporate macrotrends and how technology may impact them, and will also analyse the evolution of this constantly changing industry and the Samsung viewpoint.

A marketing and business graduate, Celestino García has spent his entre career in the technology industry, responsible for the sales and commercial strategies of the sector’s foremost companies.
He joined the telecom division of Samsung Electronics Iberia in 2001 as key account manager. After being one of the instigators and key figures in the launch of 3G in Europe, he has held different positions in Samsung including sales manager of the telecom division, director of the mobility and telecom division, local vice president and corporate vice president, his current position where he is in charge of the company’s sales in Spain.
Prior to joining Samsung, he worked for Telefónica as a sales manager in the area of industry and services, and for Ericsson Spain, where he held a variety of posts in areas such as global solutions for companies, consumers and distribution.
Celestino was born in 1972 in Madrid, is married and has two children.
