The ESADE Alumni People and Organisation Management Club invites you to this talk entitled ''Developing no-tie companies''.
An exclusive breakfast talk offering HR managers a firsthand insight into innovative projects whilst sharing their own challenges with other alumni in a select setting. These talks aim to keep alumni abreast of good practices whilst meeting other alumni with a similar background and making new professional contacts.
The speaker on this occasion will be Jaume Gurt, an expert in developing happiness inside companies. In ''Developing no-tie companies'', this former director of people development and organisation at Schisbted and CEO of Infojobs will explain how to create a result-oriented business culture that focuses on individuals and their personal development.
