ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship is pleased to invite you to their workshop, on Monday September 30th at 19:00 at ESADE Barcelona (Av. Pedralbes 60-62), which is designed to help you transform your customers into the driving force of your brand. The speaker, Pau Virgili, is an entrepreneur, consultant and professor of ‘new marketing strategies in the digital era’ at ESADE Business School.
Today’s consumers/customers are no longer passive observers but the main agent in brand building. Consumers/customers can access information, can choose how they interact with brands, and can initiate or scale up their conversations. Companies able to capture consumers’ energy have a significant competitive edge in the market.
The main areas to be examined during this workshop will be: on-going feedback, message viralisation and amplification, co-creation of contents and collaborative systems for the co-creation of products and business models.
Pau holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, is the co-author of the book ''La reconciliación con el consumidor'', and a professor of ‘new marketing strategies in the digital era’ at ESADE. He is an expert in new technologies, business management and marketing, and has extensive experience in international corporate management, and as an entrepreneur and consultant.
He has set up IT companies in the realms of M-business and on-line marketing and has carried out consultancy projects in customer relations management for companies including HP, Nike and Coca Cola. He was previously the managing director of marketing Europe at HP Consumer Goods and the manager of European marketing at Plantronics.
Pau has lived in Spain, USA, Germany, France, UK, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, and love travelling.
