The ESADE Alumni Career Services invites you to this flash session to evaluate your level of self-knowledge, your impact on others and how to make the most of it. By sharing your experiences, you will find out how your self-knowledge and the way you manage your emotions determine your day-to-day behaviour, and you will pinpoint your strengths and discover how you can use the things that make you stand out to achieve your goals.
The session will be directed by Ainhoa Berganza who holds a degree in Psychology and is an expert in executive skills and training and Ana Guiu who holds a degree in Economics and is an expert in human resources. They are both certified co-active coaches. Co-founders of Inti Training & Coaching, and currently working as coaches giving workshops for executives and middle management in companies and universities. Their first book, Mi vida lejos de mí, was published recently.
