Emotional leadership, engagement and productivity

Sesión Flash | Spanish

April 04 OF 2019 from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM

One of the toughest tasks facing leaders is how to get collaborators involved and create effective teams able to deal with market demands. In the leadership context, interpersonal relations can enhance in-house communications, facilitate decision taking, settle conflicts, increase motivation and make the team grow. In addition, the leadership process stems from self knowledge and resilience.

Emotions are the core of the entire process. This flash session hosted by ESADE Alumni Careers will equip participants with the cognitive and behavioural guidelines needed to manage emotions and ensure productivity and wellbeing.
