The world is changing at an ever rapid pace, with new technologies, globalisation, an ageing population, etc. As a result, many companies are rethinking their structures and processes only to realise, in the end, that the organisation’s agility depends, in particular, on its people. At the same time, the digital revolution is automating more tasks and fomenting the rise of new professions, resulting in more complex work settings. Companies now need people with other qualities, and there are significant gaps between supply and demand in the job market.

Purpose, self-leadership and constant learning, amongst other aptitudes, the professional competency profile of the future. Do you want to find out more?
