ESADE talks: The rise of FinTech, disrupting Financial Services industry through Technology. Expert panel

English

The ESADE Alumni Gulf Region (GCC) Chapter would like to invite you to the ESADE talks on Tuesday, November 22nd at 6.30pm.

The financial sector is one of the most traditional in our economy. Lenders, borrowers and investors have been relocating capital for centuries from places with an excess to places needing capital to generate economic activity. In recent years, however, digitalization of everything has begun to affect the finance industry, transforming it with the onset of new technologies ranging from cryptocurrencies to marketplace lending, and offering an array of new opportunities for entrepreneurs and established players.

The first session in this series will feature several leading minds in FinTech and discuss how this phenomenon is reshaping the sector, what to expect and its impact on the business landscape. Our experts will include:

-    Xavier Anglada (MBA 00): CEO, Cash Credit Group;
-    Sally Sfeir Tait: Partner, Clyde & Co;
-    David Martinez de Lecea: Principal, Roland Berger;
-    J.K. Khalil: Principal & Regional Lead, Mastercard Advisors

The session will be held at the Dubai Future Accelerator (1st floor, The Boulevard, Jumeirah Emirates Towers Offices) and be followed by a networking cocktail with ESADE alumni in the region.

Please be sure to register and do not hesitate to bring along any fellow ESADE alumni you might know in Dubai, and also partners or business contacts.

We look forward to seeing you there!
