The ESADE Alumni Zurich Chapter is pleased to invite you to this presentation by Mario Cerón (SEP 05), managing director of Zereon Associates GmbH and part-time director of KPMG Spain.
Mario Cerón (SEP 05) has more than 20 years’ experience. Before joining KPMG Lawyers he worked for several companies including Indra, Mercer, Altadis-Imperial Tobacco, Arthur Andersen, Ball Corporation and Ecolab Inc.
Mario will share his insights into international executive remuneration issues and their impact on good corporate governance, company strategies and talent management. He will also discuss configurations of specific parts of reward packages, such as base pay, executive bonuses, long-term and stock-based incentives, benefits, etc.
This presentation is for the general public and particularly top management and executives and any highly qualified professional interested in understanding executive remuneration better, and students particularly interested in corporate governance and company strategies.
