This year the ESADE Alumni Marketing Club is once again holding an executive career event. Because marketing is one of the management areas with the highest percentage of women, the focal point of this Marketing Club conference will be female leadership and how it can trigger corporate change. Discussions by a panel of experts will be followed by speed mentoring in which the panel members will act as mentors and the audience will discuss and share their concerns in small networking groups.

Panaita García (Lic&MBA 95), marketing director of De’Longhi Group Spain and Portugal. Board member of the ESADE Alumni Marketing Club. More than 18 years’ experience as the head of direct and indirect teams in Spanish companies and multinationals (Henkel, Chupa Chups, lastminute.com, Argal, Grup Roma...) in Spain, Germany and France.
