The ESADE Alumni Digital Business & ICT Club is pleased to announce their forthcoming talk, 'Female talent in the digital era'.
In recent years, the #HeforShe and many other movements have been boosting female talent and values in an increasingly technological and digital world where they were virtually absent until now.
Although women are beginning to make their presence felt in corporate management and as IT entrepreneurs and students of technical subjects, the 'tech talent gender gap' has far from disappeared.
Some big companies are starting to realise how important it is to have female talent and send out female messages because decision taking and purchasing power are increasingly in women’s hands (in both B2C and B2B realms).
This talk will examine the state of female talent today in the tech/digital industry, and the roles of men and women, and aims to provide an insight into what lies ahead in the near future.
