The ESADE Alumni Family Business Club invites you to this talk entitled ''Generational succession in professional service companies.''
What are the key factors in generational succession in service companies? What is transferred when the main assets are knowledge, talent and, in many cases, personal reputation? How can a company dealing mainly in intangibles be handed over? What must be done beforehand to ensure a successful handover?
We have invited three speakers in charge of family service companies who have experienced generational succession. During this talk chaired by Professor Alberto Gimeno, they will share and discuss their experiences before fielding questions, and ending with a networking cocktail.
