The ESADE Alumni Lleida Club invites you to ''A great opportunity for SMEs'', a talk by Jaume Gurt, InfoJobs CEO.

The new generations demand working relationships and conditions not on offer from big companies. Technology provides unique opportunities for those able to take advantage of them. Combining both generates a great opportunity for capturing and linking up talent, enabling SMEs to really take off.

 

 

Jaume Gurt

Jaume Gurt studied Telecommunication Engineering and holds a PDD from IESE. He joined InfoJobs in 2002 as a sales manager and was appointed CEO of the company in 2010. As CEO he has worked to boost the company based on a culture of happiness, joy and people development as the keys to imagining new products, establishing new relationships with customers and suppliers, and making the company more efficient and innovative. His concern for people and development led him to undergo training in enneagram, organizational constellations, meditation and coaching techniques. Jaume is a Master Practitioner in NLP. In January 2016 he became the Director of Organization and People Development at Schibsted Spain, a company with 700 employees consisting of InfoJobs, Fotocasa, Vibbo, Coches.net and MilAnuncios.
