The ESADE Alumni Operations Club is pleased to announce their forthcoming event: your chance to visit the Amazon logistics centre in El Prat de Llobregat.
Amazon is a US company operating at all levels of cloud-based computing services and e-commerce.
El Prat is this multinational’s second logistics centre in Spain. It distribut
es products in Spain and other centres in Europe and has a surface area of more than 63,000 sq.m.
Have you ever wondered what happens when you click the 'buy' button on Amazon? During the tour participants will visit the main areas in the centre: incoming goods, storage, collection and packing.
* Anyone wearing electromagnetic devices must notify the organiser before the start of the tour.
* No photos may be taken or videos recorded in the operations area.
