This guided tour of the Samfaina Opera is a window into the gastro entertainment staged at the Gran Teatro del Liceo in conjunction with the Roca brothers.

The variety of decors on show at the venue – Aperitif bar, the Odyssey, the Diva and the Market –provide an insight into Catalan culture via its gastronomy.  The tour will reveal the philosophy of the project and its business model.

The venue is open to the public, so after the tour, participants may linger in the Samfaina Opera and sample its specialties.
